Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Mangonada
  1. Prepare garnishes by peeling and dicing fresh mangoes into cubes. Set aside bowls of chamoy and chile-lime salt for rimming glasses.
  2. In a blender, squeeze fresh lime juice. Add frozen mangoes, water, cane sugar, and ice cubes. Blend on high for around 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Rim prepared glasses with chamoy and then with chile-lime salt. Drizzle chamoy inside the glasses.
  4. Pour the blended mango mixture into the glasses and layer in additional chamoy.
  5. Top with fresh mango chunks, drizzle chamoy, and sprinkle Tajin. Insert tamarind candy straws into each glass.
