Step-by-Step Instructions for Mangonada
- Prepare garnishes by peeling and dicing fresh mangoes into cubes. Set aside bowls of chamoy and chile-lime salt for rimming glasses.
- In a blender, squeeze fresh lime juice. Add frozen mangoes, water, cane sugar, and ice cubes. Blend on high for around 30 seconds until smooth.
- Rim prepared glasses with chamoy and then with chile-lime salt. Drizzle chamoy inside the glasses.
- Pour the blended mango mixture into the glasses and layer in additional chamoy.
- Top with fresh mango chunks, drizzle chamoy, and sprinkle Tajin. Insert tamarind candy straws into each glass.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 hours, or freeze for up to one month. Can be poured into popsicle molds for a fun treat.
