- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add 225g of elbow macaroni and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and rinse under cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 180g of mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of sweet relish. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Once the pasta has cooled, gently fold it into the bowl with the dressing. Add in 200g of diced ham or turkey, 2 chopped celery stalks, and 1/2 small finely diced red onion. Mix thoroughly.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the Pink Cadillac Pasta Salad for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
