Step‑by‑Step Instructions for S’mores Hand Pies
- Let refrigerated pie crust sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes and unroll it onto a lightly floured surface.
- Using a 3-inch cookie cutter, cut rounds from your pie crust and gather any leftover dough to cut additional rounds.
- In a medium bowl, combine chopped chocolate, miniature marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers. Stir gently until evenly distributed.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of half of the dough circles.
- Moisten the edges of filled dough circles with water, place another round on top, and press firmly to seal. Crimp edges with a fork.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F and brush the tops of the sealed hand pies with melted butter. Sprinkle remaining crushed graham crackers on top.
- Place the hand pies in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
