Step‑by‑Step Instructions for S’mores Hand Pies
  1. Let refrigerated pie crust sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes and unroll it onto a lightly floured surface.
  2. Using a 3-inch cookie cutter, cut rounds from your pie crust and gather any leftover dough to cut additional rounds.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine chopped chocolate, miniature marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers. Stir gently until evenly distributed.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of half of the dough circles.
  5. Moisten the edges of filled dough circles with water, place another round on top, and press firmly to seal. Crimp edges with a fork.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 350°F and brush the tops of the sealed hand pies with melted butter. Sprinkle remaining crushed graham crackers on top.
  7. Place the hand pies in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Transfer the hand pies to a wire rack and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
