  • 200 grams Halloumi Cheese slice evenly (½-inch thick)
  • 2 pieces Tortilla Wraps your choice of flour, flatbreads, or gluten-free wraps
For the Fresh Veggies
  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 piece Cucumber julienned
  • 1 piece Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Lettuce torn into manageable sizes
For the Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce store-bought or homemade
For Cooking and Finishing Touches
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil use for frying halloumi
Optional Toppings
  • 1 piece Avocado sliced
  • 0.25 cups Fresh Herbs cilantro or parsley
  • 0.5 cups Pickled Vegetables for tangy twist

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Slice the halloumi cheese into even, ½-inch thick pieces. Heat a non-stick skillet and add olive oil. Fry halloumi slices for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden. Remove from skillet.
  2. Prepare fresh vegetables: thinly slice red bell pepper and red onion, julienne cucumber, and tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  3. Take a tortilla wrap and spread sweet chili sauce over it. Layer with crispy halloumi slices and fresh vegetables. Add optional toppings if desired.
  4. Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla over the filling and roll upwards, tucking in the sides. Toast in the skillet for 1-2 minutes for warmth.
  5. Serve immediately with extra sweet chili sauce on the side.
