Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the cottage cheese, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Use a spatula to blend until smooth.
  2. Place the bowl in the microwave and heat on high for 1 minute, stirring halfway through.
  3. Prepare chicken nuggets according to package instructions in the air fryer at 400°F for about 8-10 minutes until crispy.
  4. Cut the cooked chicken nuggets into bite-sized pieces and stir them into the cottage cheese and marinara mixture in the bowl.
  5. Return the combined mixture to the microwave for an additional 30 seconds to melt the mozzarella cheese.
