  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Can be omitted for a simpler taste.
Binding
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil Olive oil or melted butter can be used.

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, sea salt, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground cloves.
  3. Add the coconut oil, maple syrup, unsulphured molasses, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, then mix thoroughly.
  4. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press down gently.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly golden, then cool for 15 minutes before breaking apart.
  6. Store in an airtight container for freshness.
