Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the potato gnocchi and cook until they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add cream and stir, then mix in cheese until melted.
  4. Fold cooked gnocchi into the creamy sauce. Optionally add vegetables, proteins, and fresh herbs.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle additional cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
