- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain excess liquid from Greek yogurt if necessary. Measure 1 cup and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add 1 cup of self-raising flour to the bowl with the Greek yogurt and mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Dust a clean surface with flour and knead the dough gently for about 30 seconds.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball.
- Place the dough balls on the baking sheet, leaving space between each, and let rest for about 15 minutes.
- Optionally, whisk a beaten egg and brush it over the tops of the rolls, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, rotating halfway for even browning.
- Remove from oven and cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
