  • 3 tablespoons Condensed Milk substitute with agave syrup for vegan
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt black salt optional
For the Fizz
  • 1 cup Soda or Aerated Water adjust based on preference
  • 1 cup Ice plenty to chill the drink
For Garnishing
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala optional
  • 1 pinch Red Chili Powder optional
  • 1 sprig Fresh Mint for garnish
  • 1 slice Lemon Wedge for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions for Jamun Lemonade
  1. In a blender, combine jamun, condensed milk, salt, coconut water, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Fill glasses with ice cubes halfway.
  3. Pour the blended mixture over the ice-filled glasses to fill them about two-thirds full.
  4. Top each glass with soda or aerated water, adjusting to your preference.
  5. Garnish each glass with chaat masala, red chili powder, fresh mint, and a lemon wedge.
