  • 1 cup Freeze-Dried Strawberries crushed
  • 1 cup Vanilla Wafer Cookies crushed
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter melted
For the Pink Drizzle
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Milk adjust for thickness
  • Pink Food Coloring optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla until well mixed.
  4. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Scoop the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet, flattening slightly.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden around the edges. Allow to cool for a few minutes.
  7. Prepare the topping by combining crushed strawberries, vanilla wafers, and melted butter.
  8. Press the topping onto the warm cookies, allowing it to adhere.
  9. Make the pink drizzle by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and food coloring until smooth.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over cooled cookies and let it set before serving.
