Preparation Steps
- In a food processor, combine raspberries, water, honey, and lemon juice. Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Strain the blended mixture through a fine sieve for a seedless sorbet.

- If no ice cream maker, freeze the mixture in a container for 2-4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
