  • 200 grams Milk Chocolate substitute with dark or semi-sweet chocolate if desired
  • 100 grams Unsalted Butter can be replaced with margarine
  • 200 grams Mini Marshmallows or use larger marshmallows cut into smaller pieces
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies or use Coco Pops, puffed rice, or cornflakes
For Decoration
  • 100 grams White Chocolate for drizzling
  • 100 grams White Sugarpaste or pre-coloured sugarpaste for decorations
  • 1 teaspoon Green Food Colour Gel
  • 1 teaspoon Red Food Colour Gel

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt the Milk Chocolate and Unsalted Butter together over low heat in a medium saucepan, stirring until smooth. Add Mini Marshmallows and stir until melted and glossy.
  2. Pour the melted mixture over Rice Krispies in a large mixing bowl, mixing until well-coated. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes.
  3. With damp hands, scoop and shape the mixture into 1-inch balls, placing them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the shaped puddings in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until set.
  5. Melt White Chocolate and drizzle it over the set puddings. Use sugarpaste to create festive decorations.
