Preparation Steps
  1. Start by bringing 1 cup of water to a gentle simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat.

  3. Carefully remove the tea bag(s), then lower the heat and pour in your choice of milk with vanilla.
  4. Gently heat the mixture on low for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally to combine flavors.
  5. Stir in honey until fully dissolved, adjusting sweetness to your preference.
  6. Serve hot in a mug or allow to cool slightly before pouring over ice in a tall glass.
  7. Optional: Garnish with a dash of ground cinnamon on top or use a vanilla bean as a stirrer.
