Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brew a strong cup of Earl Grey tea and let it cool. Prepare brewed coffee or espresso.
  2. Mix mascarpone cheese and sugar in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Dip ladyfingers in cooled coffee quickly and lay them in a serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and top with remaining mascarpone mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
