Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Pineapple Soda
  1. Begin by cutting a fresh pineapple into quarters. Use a juicer or a blender to extract about 3 cups of fresh pineapple juice, ensuring it's smooth and free of pulp.
  2. Add 1 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of heavy cream to the pitcher along with the pineapple juice. Squeeze in the juice of one fresh lemon and stir in sugar if desired.
  3. Fill the pitcher with ice cubes to keep the Pineapple Soda refreshingly cold.
  4. Carefully pour in 1 cup of sparkling water into the pitcher, minimizing froth.
  5. Gently stir the mixture in the pitcher to combine all ingredients without losing the bubbles from the sparkling water. Pour into glasses and garnish as desired.
