- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the pits from the Medjool dates and stuff with a mixture of crumbled feta and grated Parmesan cheese.
- In a bowl, mix together chopped walnuts and honey until walnuts are coated.
- Spoon the honey-walnut mixture over each stuffed date.
- Arrange stuffed dates on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the walnuts are crisp.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
