Step-by-Step Instructions for Frito Cowboy Cabbage
- Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Break it up while it cooks and drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and 2-3 tablespoons of water, simmer for 2-3 minutes until combined and fragrant.
- Chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces and dice the tomatoes, drain and rinse beans and corn. This should take 5-7 minutes.
- In a large bowl, layer cabbage, beef mixture, black beans, corn, and tomatoes. Toss to mix well.
- Sprinkle Fritos corn chips and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing or Southwest dressing before serving.
