  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract optional but highly recommended
For the Yogurt Layer
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt can be replaced with dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries choose from strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Extra Granola Crumbles sprinkle on top for added texture

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated.
  2. Line a muffin pan with paper liners and press the granola mixture into the bottom of each liner.
  3. Scoop Greek yogurt into each cup over the granola base and spread it smoothly.
  4. Top with fresh berries and sprinkle additional granola crumbles on top.
  5. Place the muffin pan in the freezer and allow the cups to freeze for at least 3 hours.
  6. Remove from the freezer and let thaw at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving.
