Baking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with foil.
- Melt white chocolate and unsalted butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar, then mix in eggs one at a time and finally stir in vanilla extract.
- Sift together flour and salt in a separate bowl, then fold gently into the melted chocolate mixture until just combined.
- Fold in fresh raspberries gently, ensuring they're evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 17-20 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan, then lift out using the foil overhang, slice into squares and enjoy!
