- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and gather all ingredients.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper for about 5–7 minutes.
- Mix in 2 teaspoons of garlic powder and half the cheddar cheese into the cooked beef.
- Roll out each biscuit round into a 4-inch circle on a floured surface.
- Place 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture and 1 tablespoon of remaining cheese on each biscuit, fold and seal.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Melt butter and mix in remaining Parmesan and garlic powder, then brush over finished bombs.
