Fudge Steps
- Melt the Semi-Sweet Chocolate, Milk Chocolate Chips, and Sweetened Condensed Milk in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly and allowing it to set for 10 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan, combine Sugar, Fresh Cream, Butter, and Egg Yolks; cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat, stir in Shredded Coconut and Walnuts until well combined.
- Spread the coconut-walnut mixture over the chocolate base, then pour the remaining chocolate mixture on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until fully set.
- Cut into bite-sized squares and serve.
