  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cream Half-and-half can be a substitute.
  • 2 cups Shredded Coconut Choose sweetened or unsweetened based on preference.
  • 1 cup Walnuts Can substitute with pecans or almonds.

Method
 

Fudge Steps
  1. Melt the Semi-Sweet Chocolate, Milk Chocolate Chips, and Sweetened Condensed Milk in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  2. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease with butter.
  3. Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly and allowing it to set for 10 minutes.
  4. In a separate saucepan, combine Sugar, Fresh Cream, Butter, and Egg Yolks; cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in Shredded Coconut and Walnuts until well combined.
  6. Spread the coconut-walnut mixture over the chocolate base, then pour the remaining chocolate mixture on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until fully set.
  8. Cut into bite-sized squares and serve.
