  • 1 handful Arugula Optional, for added flavor

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  3. Mix the softened goat cheese, honey, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  4. Spread the goat cheese mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Add the thinly sliced apples on top of the goat cheese.
  6. Add arugula on top of the apples if desired.
