Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare pizza dough and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6–8 minutes.
  3. Add fresh pineapple chunks to the skillet with reserved bacon fat and cook, adding honey and butter, until golden, about 8–10 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out risen dough and spread with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese, then add toppings.
  5. Transfer pizza to preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 10–15 minutes until crust is golden.
  6. Remove pizza from the oven, add pickled jalapeños, and let cool for a minute before slicing.
