  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Transfer the marinated chicken thighs to a baking dish and pour the marinade over the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Optionally broil for the last 5 minutes for extra caramelization, keeping an eye on it to avoid burning.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
