  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt thick and adds creaminess
  • 1 scoop Protein powder vanilla flavor works best
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds important for thickness
For Flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract enhances the aroma
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon key flavoring ingredient
  • a pinch Ground nutmeg adds warmth and depth
For Sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup for natural sweetness

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg in a large mason jar or bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Prepare the drizzle by whisking together 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup until smooth.
  5. Once ready to serve, stir the oats and adjust the consistency with milk if needed.
  6. Spoon the oats into bowls and drizzle the yogurt-maple syrup mixture over the top.
