Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Gradually fold in the low-fat Greek yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead for 2-3 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each into a 6-inch oval.
  6. On one half of each dough oval, place 15g of pizza sauce and sprinkle 20g of low-fat cheese on top, leaving a ½-inch border.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling, seal edges firmly, and crimp with a fork if desired.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
