  • 2 cups Whole Milk Non-dairy or lower-fat milk can be used.
  • 8 ounces Bacon Crispy; can substitute with sausage or plant-based options.
  • 1 bunch Green Onions Chopped; chives can be used instead.
  • 2 cups Cheese Mix of sharp cheddar and mozzarella recommended.
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Hollandaise Sauce Homemade or store-bought.

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Slice the English muffins in half and arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add whole milk. Whisk until the mixture is fluffy and light.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the English muffins. Layer in crispy bacon and sprinkle green onions.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is slightly golden and the mixture is set.
  6. Allow cooling slightly, then drizzle with Hollandaise sauce before serving.
