Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Slice the English muffins in half and arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add whole milk. Whisk until the mixture is fluffy and light.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the English muffins. Layer in crispy bacon and sprinkle green onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is slightly golden and the mixture is set.
