Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of filtered water to a rolling boil in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat and add 3 black tea bags. Allow to steep for 15 minutes.
- While steeping, mash 16 oz. of frozen blueberries in a mixing bowl until they release their juices. Mix in ½ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Remove tea bags and strain the tea into the blueberry mixture. Mix in ¾ cup of sugar until fully dissolved.
- Transfer to a large pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
- Serve over ice with lemon slices or mint for garnish.
