- Grease a 1.5qt loaf pan with butter or cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, combine unsalted butter and heavy whipping cream over medium heat until smooth.
- In a separate saucepan, melt sugar without stirring for about 5-7 minutes until golden amber color.
- Carefully stir in butter and cream mixture along with lemon juice into the melted sugar.

- Pour caramel into prepared loaf pan and let cool at room temperature for about 3 hours or overnight.
