  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with milk until combined.
  6. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the baking pan and bake for 18-25 minutes.
  7. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan, stir in chocolate chips until melted to make ganache.
  8. Pour ganache over cooled brownies and sprinkle with rainbow chips.
  9. Let set at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then slice into squares.
