- Cut the corn tortillas into 6 to 8 triangular pieces.
- Place the tortilla pieces into a large mixing bowl and drizzle with avocado oil, tossing until coated.
- Mix together chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the tortilla pieces.
- Arrange the seasoned tortilla chips on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
