Step-by-Step Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water in a small saucepan until rolling. Add 2 black tea bags and steep for 3 minutes. Remove bags and stir in honey until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
- Dice the ripe mango into small chunks. Blend with ½ cup of water until smooth to create mango puree.
- Strain the mango puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl or pitcher, using a spatula to extract as much nectar as possible.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes halfway. Pour the cooled tea until glasses are two-thirds full. Drizzle mango nectar on top.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh mango on the rim and serve immediately.

Notes
For stronger tea, brew the black tea a bit longer to prevent dilution from melting ice. Store the tea and mango nectar separately to maintain freshness.
