- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter, then stir in 4 tablespoons of honey until well combined.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or cast iron skillet.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup of yellow cornmeal, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups of milk, 15 oz of creamed corn, 2/3 cup vegetable oil, and 2 large eggs until well combined.
