Preparation Steps
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sriracha, crushed red pepper flakes, and sesame oil. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour marinade over the seasoned wings and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Arrange wings on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- In the last 5 minutes, brush remaining marinade over the wings.
- Remove from oven, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve.
