  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Tweak to taste

For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sriracha, crushed red pepper flakes, and sesame oil. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour marinade over the seasoned wings and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  5. Arrange wings on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. In the last 5 minutes, brush remaining marinade over the wings.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve.
