- Wash and trim the broccoli into bite-sized florets, and dice the Honeycrisp apple into small cubes. Finely chop the red onion.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, diced apple, red onion, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries. Toss gently.
