Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9-inch pie pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the unsalted butter and sugar until creamy. Add in the egg and pure vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt into the mixture. Stir until just combined to form a dough.
- Press more than half of the dough into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie pan.
- Spread the marshmallow creme evenly over the crust, then sprinkle pieces of chocolate bars and mini marshmallows on top.
- Crumble the remaining dough over the filling, leaving gaps for the marshmallows to peek through, then add more mini marshmallows and chocolate.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the top is browned and the marshmallows are puffed up.
- Let the pie cool completely on a wire rack before slicing; refrigerate for 30 minutes for cleaner slices.
