- Boil the Gnocchi: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add gnocchi and cook for 2-4 minutes until they float. Drain and set aside.
- Sear the Gnocchi: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Add gnocchi and pan-sear for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté the Garlic: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Create the Creamy Sauce: Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and cook for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Incorporate the Cheese and Herbs: Add grated Parmesan, rosemary, and parsley. Stir until cheese melts and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine and Toss the Gnocchi: Return gnocchi to the skillet and toss in the sauce for 1-2 minutes to combine.
- Serve and Garnish: Plate the dish and garnishing with additional Parmesan and fresh herbs. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
