Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by allowing your store-bought pizza dough to sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle flour on your countertop and roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Slice the rolled dough into 3x3 inch squares.
  4. On each square, place about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and a couple of pepperoni slices in the center.
  5. Fold each square over the filling to form a rectangle and pinch the edges to seal them.
  6. Set your air fryer to preheat at 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  7. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the stuffed rolls without overcrowding.
  8. Air fry them for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  9. Once golden brown, remove the rolls and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
