- Begin by allowing your store-bought pizza dough to sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour on your countertop and roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Slice the rolled dough into 3x3 inch squares.
- On each square, place about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and a couple of pepperoni slices in the center.
- Fold each square over the filling to form a rectangle and pinch the edges to seal them.
- Set your air fryer to preheat at 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
