Cookie Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the Baileys Irish Cream and eggs, mixing until fully incorporated, around 1-2 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm and centers are soft. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes.
