Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then cook them in olive oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Shred the cooked chicken and mix it with BBQ sauce.
  4. Caramelize the onions in the same pan with butter and red wine vinegar until soft and golden.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough to create a 12" round, then transfer it to a baking sheet.
  6. Spread mozzarella cheese over the dough, add BBQ chicken mixture, caramelized onions, and top with cilantro.
  7. Bake the pizza for about 13 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
