Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then cook them in olive oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Shred the cooked chicken and mix it with BBQ sauce.
- Caramelize the onions in the same pan with butter and red wine vinegar until soft and golden.
- Roll out the pizza dough to create a 12" round, then transfer it to a baking sheet.
- Spread mozzarella cheese over the dough, add BBQ chicken mixture, caramelized onions, and top with cilantro.
- Bake the pizza for about 13 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
