  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar No substitutes necessary
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Use pure vanilla for best results
  • 1 tub Whipped Topping Can substitute with homemade whipped cream
For the Mix-Ins
  • 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips Can be omitted or replaced with chopped nuts
For the Topping
  • 1 bottle Magic Shell Topping Store-bought or homemade chocolate sauce

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together 2 blocks of softened cream cheese, 1 cup and ½ creamy peanut butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, and a splash of pure vanilla extract using an electric mixer. Blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in 1 tub of whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture using a rubber spatula until just combined.
  3. Stir in a scoop of mini chocolate chips into the dip.
  4. Spread the Buckeye Dip mixture evenly into a serving dish. Drizzle magic shell topping over the top. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve chilled alongside a variety of dippers like pretzels, apple slices, or Nilla wafers.
