  • 2 cups Chocolate Sandwich Cookies Crushed
  • 0.25 cups Butter melted
For the Filling
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 0.5 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream whipped
  • 1 cup Crushed Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
For the Garnish
  • 28 pieces Mini Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Prepare the crust by crushing chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until fine. Melt butter and combine with cookie crumbs. Divide among cups and press to form a crust.
  2. Make the filling by beating cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Gradually add heavy cream and vanilla, whipping until fluffy.
  3. Gently fold in crushed chocolate sandwich cookies into the filling.
  4. Assemble the cups by piping the filling into each cup until three-quarters full.
  5. Garnish each cup with a mini cookie or extra crushed cookies.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
