Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Grease a 23 cm (9-inch) springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. Blend Oreo cookies into fine crumbs, melt butter, and mix with crumbs. Press into the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla paste until smooth. Whip heavy cream and fold it in.
  4. Pour filling into the chilled crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours.
  5. Melt dark chocolate with butter, mix in heavy cream to make ganache, and allow to cool slightly.
  6. Pour ganache over cheesecake, pipe whipped cream on top, and garnish with halved Oreos.
