Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a medium bowl until mostly smooth, leaving a few lumps for texture.
- Stir in the peanut butter until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
- Add protein powder and cocoa powder, mixing until the batter is smooth and glossy.
- Line a muffin tin with silicone baking cups or parchment liners and evenly distribute the batter.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top of the batter if desired.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely in the tin before removing.
