  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips Optional, use dairy-free for vegan

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a medium bowl until mostly smooth, leaving a few lumps for texture.
  3. Stir in the peanut butter until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
  4. Add protein powder and cocoa powder, mixing until the batter is smooth and glossy.
  5. Line a muffin tin with silicone baking cups or parchment liners and evenly distribute the batter.
  6. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top of the batter if desired.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool completely in the tin before removing.
