  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar can substitute with honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice lime juice is an alternative
For Garnishing
  • 1 cup Whole Raspberries for topping
  • a few Mint Leaves for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Gently mash 1 cup of fresh raspberries in a medium bowl using a fork.
  2. Soften 8 ounces of cream cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then beat until smooth.
  3. Gradually mix in 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, mixing until well incorporated.
  4. Fold the mashed raspberries into the mixture carefully to maintain texture.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a decorative bowl and garnish as desired before chilling.
  6. Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving.
