- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your bundt pan by greasing it.
- Melt about half a cup of unsalted butter, and mix in chopped rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Slice the thawed frozen bread dough into roughly one-inch pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the garlic and herb mixture over the cut dough pieces and gently toss until every piece is coated.
- Layer the coated dough pieces in the greased bundt pan, optionally adding cheese between layers.
- Pour any leftover butter mixture over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden-brown.
