Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, crush the pretzels and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into the bottom of a baking pan and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping. Spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
- Boil 2 cups of water. Mix in Jello powder until dissolved. Allow to cool slightly.
- Fold in fresh strawberries, then pour over the cream cheese layer. Chill for 2-4 hours to set.
- Slice and serve cold for a delicious treat.
