Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat the salmon fillets dry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and generously apply half of the glaze.
  4. Bake the salmon for 8 minutes, then remove and brush with remaining glaze.
  5. Return to the oven and continue baking for an additional 8-10 minutes, until salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the salmon rest for 2 minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley.
