- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat the salmon fillets dry.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and generously apply half of the glaze.
- Bake the salmon for 8 minutes, then remove and brush with remaining glaze.
- Return to the oven and continue baking for an additional 8-10 minutes, until salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Let the salmon rest for 2 minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley.
