- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 cup of granulated sugar. Stir well.
- Add 1 cup of softened unsalted butter and 1/2 cup of margarine to the dry mixture, blending until creamy. Incorporate 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, and 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
- Sprinkle flour on your hands, take portions of the dough, and press them into an oreshki mold. Cook on medium heat for 1.5 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Once golden, remove them from the molds and let cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes.
- Fill each cookie shell with dulce de leche. Press two halves together for the walnut shape.
- Arrange on a decorative plate. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
