- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Thaw a puff pastry sheet according to package instructions and cut it in half.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Spread the filling evenly on one half of the puff pastry and place the other half on top.
- Cut the pastry sandwich into six long strips and twist each strip to form spirals.
- Prepare an egg wash by beating an egg with water and brush each swirl with it.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
